Nanjing Youth Olympic Park
Nanjing, China | Built
Connecting sports and stadium infrastructure to the adjacent riverfront, the Nanjing Youth Olympic Park masterplan was designed to support the Olympic games and transition into a lasting cultural destination. My role during the Design Documentation Phase focused on establishing engineering implementation guidelines, particularly at the interface of hardscape and softscape systems.
Gulou Town Square

The vision for Gulou Town Square focused on developing a living ecosystem at the surface, and an economic hub beneath. Within the sub-grade infrastructure, various retail stores are accommodated, which also serve to connect peripheral urban destinations. My efforts were centered on the Design Documentation phase, where I fused the design intent with engineering recommendations.
Xing Yuan Lake New Town
Hanzhong, China | Under Construction
Centered around an active hydrological network, Xing Yuan Lake New Town spans 27 square kilometers as a new town development. The primary goals of the masterplan are to rehabilitate the agricultural water that enters the development, and to establish a social, economic, and recreational space for the local community. Contributing during the Schematic Design phase, I helped illustrate the spatial characteristics of the various landscapes. Our team collaborated with hydrology experts to verify that the planning aligned correctly with the existing topography and flood plain requirements.
